Don Bsoco Bhavan Mannuthy has steped into a historic mark of its presence in Mannuthy. The Jubilee year was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Joyce Thonnikuzhyil SDB the provincial of Bangalore. The Solemnity of St. John Bosco was celebrated in a grand manner. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr. Joyce Thonnikuzhiyil SDB and the Jubilee year was officially Inaugurated by him by lighting the Jubilee year candle during the Holy Mass. During the Sermon Fr. Joyce stressed on the point that we are not just celebrating 50 years of the institution but we are celebrating 50 years of our presence in this place. This is an occasion in which we must thank those who worked tirelessly for the good of this institution. He also added by saying that he get a sense of happiness as he spent of his Salesain life here.
